I'm writing this post from my perspective
as a Chemotherapy nurse
I am just wanting to call your attention to
Breast Cancer Awareness
and also want to encourage you to examine your breasts
on a regular basis and have your mammograms and
other diagnostic tests as prescribed by your
health care provider

This article provides information about breast health
and instructs on how to do a proper breast self exam
Please familiarize yourselves with your breasts and learn
to properly examine your breasts.
You owe it to yourself to take the
best care of yourself

I am visiting from Katherine's hop and had to comment. You see I am a two time BC survivor. The first dx was in 97 and second one in 04. I went through chemo both times and have had a double mastectomy. I must APPLAUD you as a chemo nurse. Every time I go in for my 6 month check up I say to the nurse how special they are. It takes a very special person to hold your hand and be around chemo patients, a special heart. I want to thank you for being one of those people.
