Ruby Crystal Wire Wrapped Silver Necklace

Just in time for July birthdays

I have made this beautiful necklace

A ruby Swarovski crystal briolette

was wire wrapped by hand with sterling silver wire

It is accompanied on either side by a 

beautiful patterned heart charm

and a deep purple Swarovski pearl

I love these colors together!


I arranged them on a sterling silver chain

and embellished it with ruby Swarovski crystals

adjacent to the sterling silver

lobster claw clasp as a finishing touch

Astral Pink Silver Wire Wrapped Briolette Earrings

I am loving this new color

in the Swarovski collection of gorgeous crystals


These are my latest wire wrapped briolette earrings

and the color is truly beautiful.

This color is called Astral Pink.

The main color resembles a topaz color

and  the pink tones become apparent

when the light catches the faceting of these beautiful crystals.

Summer Jewelry Swap

Last month I participated in a Jewelry Swap

hosted by my blog friend Meeling


The rules were to buy a handmade piece of jewelry

with a limit of $20 and send it to

your swap partner

From my swap partner, Tania

I received these beautiful

Cobalt Blue Sea Glass Sterling Silver Earrings


Although I would have loved to have made a handmade

gift to exchange with Tania,

there would not have been enough time for me to

order supplies and receive them in time to meet the shipping deadline,

so because Tania indicated that she liked fairies I set out to

shop on Etsy for a piece of jewelry with a fairy theme.

This is what I chose to send to her


It was a fun experience and I would

probably do it again in the future :)
